Our Icons are there to help you through the five different stages of solving a mystery.
Icon Engage - What do you already know that can possibly help you understand the mystery and its science?
Icon Explore - What new ideas can you think of that might explain the mystery and its science?

This App was developed and tested under project TEMI (Teaching Enquiry with Mysteries Incorporated).

TEMI (2013-2016) is a Europe wide training project giving teachers new classroom skills and resources to deliver effective enquiry based learning. TEMI draws on scientific mysteries to invite students learning, putting them in the position of scientific detectives searching for the solutions. The TEMI teaching philosophy, training and resources combine engaging presentations with specified learning stages, allowing the student growing freedom to experiment, just like a real scientist.
